Product Description
Dimethyldimethoxysilane is a clear, colorless liquid organosilane compound. It features two methyl groups and two methoxy groups attached to a silicon atom. It is used in silicone polymer synthesis, as a crosslinking agent, and in the preparation of siloxane-based coatings. The methoxy groups hydrolyze in water to form silanols, enabling condensation reactions.
