It’s been a 25-year journey in the silicone and silanes business for me. Starting in a small, family-run silicone business I was groomed for inside sales and then gradually grew into the role of Sales Manager.  This is really where I discovered my love of interacting and working with customers to offer them quality solutions to their specific requests and requirements.  It was also around that time when an opportunity arose to become an independent representative of Shin-Etsu Silicones of America.  Though it took guts to step out on my own, I felt ready for a new challenge and Silsource was born.
