PHENYLTRIETHOXYSILANE
PROSILANE™ SC-8132
Product Description
Phenyltriethoxysilane is an organosilane compound featuring a phenyl group and three ethoxy functional groups attached to a silicon atom. It hydrolyzes to produce silanols in the presence of water, which can react with inorganic surfaces, forming strong, durable bonds. It is widely used for surface treatment, as a coupling agent, and in the production of specialized silicone-based materials.
